Warranty Terms & Conditions
All EXNOS products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, which applies when the product is used for normal household purposes and operated in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided in the EXNOS user manual. During the warranty period, EXNOS warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Customers are advised to retain the original proof of purchase, as it may be required for warranty verification. In the event that proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be deemed to commence two months after the date of manufacture indicated on the product label.
This limited warranty does not apply to damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from any of the following circumstances, and EXNOS shall not be responsible for any associated costs, losses, or repairs arising from:
• Accidental damage.
• Damage or faults resulting from negligent use, improper care, misuse, neglect, or operation inconsistent with the instructions provided in the EXNOS user manual.
• Improper or faulty installation.
• Normal wear and tear occurring during regular use.
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, or unsuitable electrical conditions.
• Any product that has been modified, altered, or disassembled in whole or in part without prior authorization from EXNOS.
• Damage resulting from the use of components, parts, or accessories not produced or recommended by EXNOS.
